CITIFID-O is all about you and your furry friend/family member. We opened in 2012 because of our love for animals and wanted to create a space in downtown Knoxville where animals are welcomed! We may not remember your name, but it’s likely that we will remember your pet’s name and welcome them with a treat.

We are not here to just sell you something, but strive to offer the best products to meet yours and your 4 legged friends’ needs. We have products for the tiniest puppy or kitten to large breeds and all in-between.

We research products thoroughly before we bring them to you at a fair price. We offer custom fitting and advice on what is best for your friend’s activity level and life-style. Our products include: food, treats, grooming products, supplements, bowls, leashes, harnesses, travel gear, clothing and collegiate products, enrichment and fun toys, and gifts for the animal lover. If we don’t have something in stock to meet your needs, we will do our best to find it for you.
